Got a craving? Figure out how many calories that food is and adjust your daily foods/calories to allow for it. It will satisfy the craving and you won't feel as if your being "denied" something that you really want. Careful planning and you can still have it!
I love crunchy and sweet! To satisfy that craving I put washed grapes in a single layer on a cookie sheet and freeze. Then put them in single servings in "snack size" plastic bags and put all of the bags in a thicker freezer bag. It's a great "go to" snack. 1 serving = 1 cup at 60 calories!
We are all tempted while shopping. Now I only shop with a well thought out list. At the store if it is NOT on the list I can't buy it. I'm less likely to write, "ice cream, cookies or candy" on the list now. By only shopping that way I buy only good foods and I save money too!
It doesn't matter what shape your in, how much you need to lose or your physical capabilities. You just need to start where you are and GET MOVING! Small steps add up, they turn into big steps and before you know it your doing more than you ever thought you could! Just MOVE.
