We drink 8 or so ounces of water with either fresh lemon juice( or bottled lemon juice if I run out of lemons) the first thing in the morning before coffee or tea, it keeps you regular.
I like to plan all my meals for the week on Sunday and do my shopping based off the plan. Then each night I complete as much food prep as I can for the next day while watching TV in my kitchen. All veggie chopping and dicing, cheese shredding, etc. All go into baggies or tupperware in the fridge.
