This is a great start

When you decide to get back on track first realize that this is not a diet but a way of life. Treat your home and your body as a shrine. No junk in the house no junk in your system. Outside of your home you can reward yourself for treating your body and house with love and treat yourself to a decadent sweet or drink. Good habits start at home. You are the keeper, provider and teacher to others. emoticon
