getting back on track after a long stint

I was in a funk for half a year ate anything to drown my sorrows, (done this before )y. when you DO realize that it is only a pity party then and only then can you change your behavior. I felt sorry for myself because my mother is gravely ill.. My mother wouldn't want this for me
, or my family that has to listen to the woes me. Not only was I doing my self injustice I was having other listen to my pain over and over again. If anything I want to inspire !! It's not working.

Great Start

This week focus on motivating a friend or neighbor or sibling. You'll feel confident and appreciated and motivated yourself. Why wait for someone else to be an inspiration when you can? emoticon

No brainer

By not over thinking the process of eating right or healthy. I was told by my nutritionist to remember the word KISS. Even though the meaning might sound rude it is what it is.
Keep

DECIDE

Saying things like I'll start on Monday, I'll start Next week is just another word for procrastination. When we DECIDE to do something...nothing stops us! Not even us.!! Decide, Dedicate, Determination! You can't be in Egypt when you are in D-Nile ;) emoticon

When life get you down

I have found that the HARDEST thing to do is to motivate myself when I am stressed or disgusted with life even depressed with situations. There are always good things that come out of it even if you can't see at the time. because you are stuck in that moment. This is the time to pull all your resources together, chin up and (pretend) yes pretend everything is all right and you'll be surprised how quickly you come out of your funk and not sabotage your health!!! emoticon

Rid your self of negativite people

Ying and Yang , good and bad, yes and no, negative and positive. To feel positive about yourself you have the power and ability to rid your self of negativity, bad situations, and saying yes to yourself instead of others. Take BACK your control and make a choice on who you want to have relations with ..be it a friend, co-worker or spouse. If they are holding you down remember you can't change them only yourself. Take baby steps to get back on track with YOU! emoticon

Great Start

A good start to stay positive is to reflect on the times that you were unstoppable in some point of your life. Retrieve that information and rebuild. Keeping in mind that your mind body and spirit have to have goals to make everything unite. emoticon
