Reducing stress, as we have all been told, keeps us healthy and helps us lose weight. I do one or more of 3 things daily to reduce stress. Pray the Psalms. Meditate. Listen to quiet music and read.
Actually when my exercise time is MY time - the only my time I get in a day - so I really don't want someone to exercise with but it helps if I go to the gym and see other people working out; that motivates me!
