Don't Drink Your Calories!

Do not use your calories on drinks. Water is calorie free, add a lemon wedge or some crystal light 0 calorie powder to add some flavor. Pick a flavored light coffee to brew instead of a dark roast. You are less likely to need sugar and/or creamer. Opt for a calorie free sweetener or tea instead.
