Happy is Healthy

When i feel "down in the dumps" I hop onto the treadmill for just "five" or "ten" minutes. A little cardio boost helps endorphins to pump...sometimes I then end up doing more. It usually helps me to feel less stressed and also proud that I got in some cardio despite not feeilng motivated. Instant mood booster!

Plan for the worst

I always plan ahead prior to me becoming bored. Every two weeks-three weeks or so I try to change up my eating and fitness routine. I make it almost a mini challenge to find healthy food options (new) that i like and also new workouts. I also get my family involved: tell them my goal and they provide compliments/help along the way. I also ask for fitness related gifts.
