When you are cooking, make sure you use your spices. Garlic, onion yes, but the dried spices and herbs can really make a dish sing. Fresh ginger adds an asian flare. Go the extra mile and get fresh herbs and spices, toast or grind your own and always enhance the flavors of what you are cooking. If you are trying to lose weight, "boring" is a word you should never hear, no matter WHAT diet you are on. Spices have little to no calories.
You ate what you ate. It did not ruin your life, put 40 lbs on your hips, and the 'Diet Police' didn't arrest you. Put the actions behind you, look yourself in the mirror and assert that you will stay on plan even in the face of indulgence. This is YOUR life. You must live it, for good and for bad. You ate what you ate. You made the decision. I hereby absolve you of guilt. Now get back on the horse and move forward. Weigh in and define the goals moving forward.
At only 90 calories, hard boiled eggs are a great way to eat healthy! two for breakfast and you should be able to keep going until lunch. Low carb, nutrient rich and ready when you are! A few hard boiled eggs are always good to keep around. Happy Eating!
Refined sugar and processed foods have only been around for a VERY short time. Cavemen did not have Corn Syrup. Evolution is a VERY slow process. These foods will do horrible things to your weight loss efforts. Our bodies to not know how to process them well yet and still be healthy. Veggies, Protien, Fat very low carbs. Those three will get you thin and keep you healthy. Make the lifestyle choice: Eat fat to get thin!
