When the scale refuses to move (as it sometimes will), change your focus from your weightloss goal to non-weightloss goals such as exercising x days a week, drinking x glasses of water a day etc. This is where your spark streaks come in handy. The pounds will come off as a side effect.

When I don't feel like working out, I try to think about other SP members who have lost alot of weight. I imagine them working out at that precise moment and then I decide to 'join' them. Works for me everytime.

It is easier to stick to your exercises when you focus more on overall well being rather than on weight loss. Have you noticed how easy it is to skip a workout the day after your weigh-in, especially if the number on the scale is not very pleasant?

When you feel like skipping a workout and give excuses like being tired, be firm with yourself. Tell your lazy side to get over it! Works for me all the time. It's like speaking to a child, be firm and clear.
