How to Get More Water In

When you eat, not only should you put your fork down in between bites, but take a sip/drink of water. By the time you are nearing the end of your meal, you will be feeling fuller and may not need to eat everything on your place! emoticon

Saving Time Cooking

When chopping onions, garlic and celery, I chop multiple onions, celery and garlic and put them in snack size baggies to store in the freezer. That way when I need to cook something with them in there, I just pull a bag out and it's already done!
