If you like to cook from scratch or just want to know how many calories are in the way YOU mix it together, add your own recipe! You only have to measure it once and then you know. Also, add the serving measurement to the title so you know exactly how to enter it in your tracker.
To avoid adding extra calories to your salad, ask for your salad dressing on the side and dip your FORK (without any salad on it) into the salad dressing THEN load your fork with salad. You still get the flavor of the salad dressing and you will barely dent the surface of your dressing.
