I have found that if I drink my water out of my FAVORITE water bottles, i drink more. I splurged and bought one that has is pretty, and a friend gave me a great pink one with a leak proof straw. Point is, i really like them. It makes me more likely to drink out of them.
I find that a small portion of a dessert helps keep me from blowing it, or bingeing. To help slow me down and savor the treat, I use a baby spoon, or a kids spoon. The bright colors are cheerful, and you can't help but eat it slowly! Makes the small portion feel like more than enough!
