My passwords are all self affirming

I type in my password at least a half a dozen times a day on various website and work applications. I've changed my password to be self affirming. It will be something like, "Iamhappy!", "Mylifeisgreat!" or "Iwillbethin!" I add a couple of numbers at the end for security purposes.

Time management

No one thinks they have enough time in the day! Do all your cooking in one batch on the weekend. Make enough for lunch and dinner for 5 or 6 days of the week. This free's up a TON of time in the week, and leaves you with one "play" day to eat something different.

Magnesium is Good For Diabetes

Magnesium protects us against heart disease, lowering blood pressure, protecting against diabetes preventing the recurrence of kidney stones and improving the symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome. Magnesium supplements also strengthen muscles and work with calcium to ensure strong bones and protect against osteoporosis. If taken along with a diet rich in magnesium sources, they can protect against a range of illnesses. Magnesium and calcium should really be taken together.Consult your doc!

Warding off Cancer and Vitamin D

I was watching Dr. Oz Yesterday and he said to take at least 1,000 IU of Vitamin D to ward off breast and colon cancers. So Vitamin D seems to have additional benefits...even more than I mentioned earlier.

Increase Your Savings

Collect all your spare change and put it straight into a savings account. It might be just a little, but it will all add up! Also, if you do rebates or even surveys, put this "extra" income into your savings to help boost your account even more!

Kill 2 birds with one stone

I know this is a no brainer but when I am carting everyone from point A to B to C to D ...I have started putting a small cooler in the back of the car and I have fresh fruit & veges and sandwiches in it so no one goes hungry and we can escape the fast food train. Then someone said I should stick $5 in a jar and spend it on something at the end of the month. GREAT IDEA as everytime you go thru a drive-thru you spend 20-25 dollars you are still saving money.

indoor garden

For those who are limited on space try a Tuppermaid container that holds clothes and instead of putting clothes in it put dirt and plant some seeds then put by the window. You have vegetables and don't have to go to the store for them.
