Salad Dressing Secret

I abhor low cal salad dressings. I wanted to keep the full flavor of my favorite creamy style dressing but not all the calories. In order to give me that ability I measure out 1 tsp of salad dressing, then I dip the tines of my fork in the salad dressing and pick up a bite of salad. I get a taste of my yummy salad dressing in each bite and use no more than a teaspoon of salad dressing, in fact, usually I use less than that!

Concentrate on Adding Healthy Habits

Instead of focusing on what to take out of my diet, I focus on adding one healthy thing a week. Whether it's more fruit, complex carbs or adding another fitness segment.
