I was reading about Marissa Tomei in a health magazine and it said in the mornings, she didn't drink coffee, but that she would have a mug of hot water with a slice of lemon as a refreshing beverage. I tried it myself this morning and it really is good! For any time of day!
If you are ever tempted by a candy bar or other sweets and snacks just tell yourself over and over that you could eat right and lose the weight now, and eat the sweets later. Tell yourself that you could always buy a 60 cent candy bar or a 99 cent bag of chips, etc. on another day. It always helps!
