It's so important to have a rest day every once and awhile. It's real easy to want to work out and burn calories in some way every single day but, rest days are crucial to a healthy happy life.
I found a quote that fit really well with my workout and diet needs. It was something that I can say to myself and I've found that it's always helped me through tough times. Feel free to change your quote as often as you need!
Write down a dozen or so small rewards for yourself and once a week pull a new reward to motivate yourself. If at the end of that week you've accomplished all of your workouts, reward yourself!!!!
