Take a Rest Day

It's so important to have a rest day every once and awhile. It's real easy to want to work out and burn calories in some way every single day but, rest days are crucial to a healthy happy life.

Also, enjoy your rest day! Feel your body relaxing and enjoy all the food you're eating that day to replenish your muscles and mind. Without rest days we can become fatigued overworked and sick of our workout routines.

Enjoy your replenishing days!

Find a Quote That Works For You

I found a quote that fit really well with my workout and diet needs. It was something that I can say to myself and I've found that it's always helped me through tough times. Feel free to change your quote as often as you need!

My quote for the last few years has been "There is no way to achieve a high level of excellence without a high level of personal commitment." It is a bit intense but for some reason it has stuck.

Find a quote that helps you through the tougher days!

Reward Yourself

Write down a dozen or so small rewards for yourself and once a week pull a new reward to motivate yourself. If at the end of that week you've accomplished all of your workouts, reward yourself!!!!
Feel free to make it a food goal or other goals instead of just workouts and get motivated.
