Adjust calorie goals regularly to lose weight

For every pound I lose, I reduce my calorie goal by 5, to reflect my lower needs. It's easier to give up 5 more calories a day gradually, than to start giving up 100 more "suddenly" when I adjust. Boil Lemonwater to clean Microwave
