More Ways to Get In More Steps

I was getting frustrated when something in my daily routine would get me off track from getting in all the steps I wanted for that day. I found that if I leave home earlier in the morning, take the long way around my block and walk past my bus stop I gain an extra 500 or so steps. If I make my connection to my next bus, I get off 1 stop sooner than my usual bus stop. Coming home at night I do the same thing in reverse.

On the Look Out for Fitness Opportunities

I'm always looking for ways to add more steps to my daily step count. I take the stairs instead of the elevator, I take the LONG way to any destination instead of the short cut . Every single step counts and they add up quickly!
