Have you gotten into a rut with your food? Bored of the same things?
I've realised over time that we are not all walkers, swimmers, cyclists and FORCING yourself to do a form of exercise coz someone else excels at it, or because you feel you HAVE TO DO SOMETHING is not the way to go.
Having trouble holding a plank I take my mind off the length of time I hold one by trying to do it for the duration of a record on the radio and by concentrating on my breathing. So far (this morning) I've managed 4;23 to Robbie William's Feel.
