I have many recipes that I've made for years and years...I've found that if I search the SP recipes, I can usually find something similar that is healthier and lower-cal without sacrificing any flavor. emoticon

A serving of fruit - and chocolate, too!

When I'm craving chocolate, I melt (over low heat or in my microwave) a mini-bar or two of dark chocolate. Dip fruit (pineapple chunks, banana slices, orange slices, grapes, etc.) just enough to flavor the fruit and ENJOY!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon
