I have many recipes that I've made for years and years...I've found that if I search the SP recipes, I can usually find something similar that is healthier and lower-cal without sacrificing any flavor.
When I'm craving chocolate, I melt (over low heat or in my microwave) a mini-bar or two of dark chocolate. Dip fruit (pineapple chunks, banana slices, orange slices, grapes, etc.) just enough to flavor the fruit and ENJOY!!!
Simple advice but true! The only way to get started is to DO it! You can always find excuses NOT to do it, but don't let yourself be drawn into that trap or you'll never get anywhere.
Drink at least 3 of your 8 glasses a day before or during breakfast. You're almost halfway to your daily goal and the day has just begun!
