During a discussion about an office potluck I suggested that since everyone is either counting points or calories, why not make the potlucks more "calorie" friendly. It worked. We've had 2 healthy ones since!
During bathroom breaks I will do squats, calf raises, wall push ups, even wall sits..If I do this just 3-4 times each work day I feel better and more alert.
I skip McDonald"s and have a half of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich made with low fat p'buttrt and Sally Lee 45 cal bread and regular jam or jelly. It has helped me have a healhier breakfast and a lower fat one!
