Start by preparation. Clean out the 'bad' food, read the Getting Started secrets, pinpoint your stumbling blocks and form a strategy to deal with them. Read articles on nutrition, fitness, wellness and motivation. Find common ground teams to join. Don't whine about what you need to do - face it head on and enjoy the journey. It is a wonderful one!
I love, love this bar! They are on sale at Walgreens this week so I picked up a box. It is very filling for 150 calories and 5 grams of protein. It does have 30 grams of carbs, but I was way under my carb budget anyway. I'm going back to buy more!
I have been a huge fan of Curel lotion for years, I love how my skin feels for hours after applying. I got to work this morning and noticed my shoes needed a touch up to cover some scruffs - and yes, Curel worked wonderfully as a substitute polish!

This bread is very good. I picked it up yesterday because one serving equals an 8oz glass of milk (calcium). In fact, it contains 30% of the calcium I need daily! Two slices is a serving containing 100 calories and 5 grams of protein, 1 gram of fat, 23 carbs.
This is the best low fat cheese on the market. It tastes great, it melts easily and it just good. Walmart sells it for about $2.48 for 8 oz. I shred 1/2 oz to go in my scrambled egg. During the week I pack one oz to go with the rest of my breakfast. I think of it as replacing my egg. Great!
