I often spend hours sitting behind a desk. I will set my phone to chime every hour and remind me to get up and stretch, move and even do a few jumping jacks. I find that at the end of the day, if I will get up and move at least once every hour I don't feel near as "worn out" at the end of the day
Even though by the end of the day I sometimes think I'm too tired to get on the bike, I always remember that after about 30 minutes, I don't want to get off of it! I have a treadmill downstairs and I have purchased a swimsuit that is two sizes down from what I am now. It is hanging where I can see it while I am on the treadmill. I can get the swimsuit on, but it will look so much nicer when I'm more fit.

Though I feel great physically, emotionally and mentally after a workout. There are days when I just don't feel like doing it. So, I just get up before I talk myself out of it and I Just Do IT! Afterward, I have such a rewarding feeling!
