Ten at Ten and Two

If I am in the office and now out at a home visit (I'm a social worker), I try to do 10 minutes of some kind of movement at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. I use 10-minute Spark videos if it's bad weather, or get out and do a brisk walk. Great way to perk up and be productive!
