Drink a glass of water,granted your teeth allow you,lol,Just as much as you can w. out trying to fill up on it. It'll put something in your stomach so you don't eat as much w. your meal.Sip through out your meal & ChewChewChew,the more you chew,the better your body can digest your meal
I DO NOT reccommend that you starve your self,but what's worked for me is when I get that first hunger pain I'll eat somthing small & healthy to trick my stomach into thinking I just feasted in a few hours more I'm hungry again & I eat a regular meal,by regular meal I mean half of what I used to
