Log calories & learn, be honest with yourself

I successfully maintained a 50 lb weight loss using spark people for 2 years & I was dedicated at logging my food every day. Especially the bad days. I quit logging this fall and I've regained 10 lbs...so I'm back at it again. You can seriously stop yourself before getting out of hand if you track. You also realize it is possible to eat within all of your ranges. Be honest with yourself, track & you will see results. Honesty with yourself & consistency are key!

Frozen Fruit & Vegetables

I love fruits & veggies I hate cleaning them...It takes alot of time and I often didn't have what I needed in the house or when I went to get a produce item it would be shall we say...past it's prime...Fozen produce tastes great and is very economical compared to fresh & it's quick to prepare!
