When the household chores seem to overwhelm you, just set the timer on 5 minutes, and do what you can in those minutes, youīll realize itīs more than you think! Trick is you feel like you want to do more since you once got started, set it for another 5.. and another 5...
Keep your track suit or clothes you exercise in next to your bed, so when you wake up in the morning you put them on instantly and go for a walk, before even brushing your teeth, and at any weather! Make it a routine, such as brushing your teeth, you wouldnīt skip that one morning, would you?
