I am getting back on track after some times of stress that took me away from my program. I am finding that rereading my original blog posts are giving me the motivation to do this again. It is fun to see the evolution of who I am today, and also see how wise my original words were. Plus I can see what worked and what didn't and it . It is very motivating to me.

Motivation is fleeting. She is a fair weather friend. When the going gets tough, she leaves. Commitment is the life long friend. Commitment will get you through when life get tough. She will get you up to exercise when you are tire, sick, or depressed. I am renewing my friendship with commitment, and motivation can take a hike.

use the favorites key on the nutrition tracker each time you track a food make sure you clikc the my favorites key, overtime you will find foods that you normally eat. Then when you track the food for the day use the myfavorites, it is much faster than looking each food up each day.
