Use those perfumed magazine blow-ins anywhere that needs to be freshened. I use mine in the closet where the garbage can is, one in the laundry room. Finally, a use for those things!!! Just place in the room, discard when they no longer freshen the room. You have spent nothing.
Always take the time to brush and floss those teeth. Your dental health is just as important as any other aspect of your overall well-being.
Once a week I send goodies to several of my Sparkfriends along with a note. I find in writing motivation notes to others, I motivate myself too!

As soon as they are out of the crib, start training your child (or grandchild) to make the bed. Praise their efforts, don't go behind them and "fix" it. Children should do what they are able to do, and they can help around the house.

Don't throw them away. Take your grater and gently rub the cookie over the fine grate. The burn will be grated away and the rest of the cookie will taste fine.
If you experience a grease fire in your kitchen, DO NOT attempt to extinguish it with water. Put the lid on the pan or toss on baking soda. The best thing is to have a fire extinguisher in EVERY kitchen.
When cleaning windows, mirrors, etc, use old newspapers rather than paper towels. You get no lint and much cheaper. If you don't normally get the paper, partner up with another person who does!! Another way of recycling.
