on days that i dont get to go to the gym, or even days that i do i love to go for a walk. i take my ipod and walk two or more miles. it helps relieve my stress because im on my own doing something that will pay off at the end. plus i get to enjoy the great outdoors!
I get asked what I did to loose so much weight....I started by using the spark stages, just followed them, some seemed a bit silly but did it any way, it gave me a good foundation to my healthy life style, the weight came off, I was never really hungry and I'm sp very proud to say today I am 200+ pounds lighter, living a healthy and happy life....could not have done it with out the spark stages and all my friends here in SparkPeople.....
