When I break a task down into manageable chunks, then I don't feel so overwhelmed. Only a few minutes a day keeps junk mail curbed, keeps the kids' toys in the box where they belong, and keeps my desk drawers from getting too out of control. I set the timer for 5 or 10 minutes and go until the time rings. It's amazing how much I can get done in a short burst of time! :)
Greek yogurt is not only creamy and delicious (I prefer it over regular yogurt), but it also has 14g of protein per serving. I snack on it when I'm hungry and it helps me feel full. I love that it comes in lots of different flavors: peach, strawberry, passion fruit, vanilla, etc. I also love that the fat free version still tastes decadent and not at all like something that's fat free! :)
I share my goals with positive people. You know the ones. They're the ones who encourage you when you want to try something different, who are uplifting when you're feeling down, and who never say "I told you so" when you don't succeed right away. What I don't do: share my weight loss goals with negative people. I deserve to be surrounded by positive people, people full of the spark of life! :)
