I love ice cream and I have started putting the day on my calendar and when I eat out for a meal I don't have ice cream that week. SO I put the meal on the calendar also to track both and not indulge twice in one week on the same thing.
I decided to save money for an outfit or vacation or anything you want in a jar...depends on how it works out for myself. If I drink all my water a day save $1 if I eat all my fruit and veggies $1 if I don't drink diet drinks save $1...total of $3 a day will go a long way after a year..
Instead of paying for the expensive fruity not good for you drinks...I take part of my fruit and put in my bottle and there you have your fruit drink...you can mix it up with strawberries and blueberries or orange water...yummy!
