Take a large pot, one bottle of barbecue sauce, boneless/skinless chicken breasts and enough water to cover them. Cook for 2 hours, pull apart with two forks, return to the pot and cook down the liquid portion.
Serve alone or in wraps or tacos.
I always keep a canvas bag in the car with a blanket and two towels that I will never miss, lol!! I've added a folding canvas chair in a bag to complete the set and always come prepared. This works for parades, concerts and fireworks.
During the summer, I raise herbs in the garden and dry them. I buy fancy containers at the dollar store and give the herbs as gifts to family and friends.
I hang the drying herbs upside down in paper bags that are tied closed. Keeps them clean and keeps all the herbs in the bag.
I like to sprinkle a few fresh chopped onions into many of my recipes. To save time, I cut up a whole onion and put the unused portion into a small container and put it in the refrigerator. When I need a little onion the next day, it's ready and so am I.
