Focus saves Time

To keep focused I write out my exercise plan a week in advance. I email it to my workout buddy. This saves roaming around the gym deciding what to do. I print pictures to show us unfamilair moves. We get in, get 'er done and get out!

faceing your giants

I noticed in the past I would avoid mirrors, hated the way I looked and was ashamed of how I looked so I never walked past a mirror if I could help it & if I had to I just wouldn't face that way so I couldn't see myself as the fat person I truly was. emoticon

Tone while you lose with resistance bands

Resistance bands are inexpensive and helps us tone while shedding the pounds. On non cardio days I focus on building my strength and toning.

Burning Off The Fat

Along with eating healthier, I'm discovering that pushing myself just a tiny bit harder is making that fat disappear. Even if the scales don't agree, I look in the mirror, and can see results. With that, I remind myself the mirror is a friend, and the scale is just a tool. It makes me that much more determined to succeed.

Keep Sparking

I think the key is activity level every day. Post messages in your teams; blog; send goodies; send spark mails; USE THE TRACKERS. Remembering to Stretch

I have a hard time remembering to stretch after I exercise. To help, I printed the SparkPeople Stretching Guide, then placed it in a sheet protector and hung it on the wall where I keep my weights, bands & other gear.
Helps me finish my exercise session well, so I'm ready for the rest of the day!
