Just Stop

Sometimes, when I'm eating, and it doesn't matter what it is, I, sometimes, just stop...because something in me has triggered and told me that I was full and no longer hungry. It tells me to stop. And you know what? I do.

Work for a treat

If I want to eat when I am watching tv or want a special treat still within my calorie range or close to being out of it, I make myself do 25 crunches before I have it. That way I don't feel so bad about my treats.

Soup

After fixing a big pot of soup or chili, I divide the leftovers into one or two lunch size containers for the freezer and the rest in a big bowl for the fridge when I clean up the kitchen. That way I have a variety to choose from for lunch and don't end up buying so many canned soups.

Stickers

I find that putting smiley face stickers on my calendar for the days that I have exercised helps to keep me motivated, the more stickers I see the more I know that I am doing what I need to be doing! The less I do then there are no stickers and that's not good....

Logging bad eating!

Even if you have eaten bad make sure you record what you've eaten, this way you can learn from it. It's tempting to not record intake if you haven't eaten properly but this is the time you need to record it, along with how it made you feel
