Dealing with Cravings

When I get cravings, I like to postpone them. I tell myself that I can have it on Sunday (for instance). Then when Sunday comes, I'm usually not in the mood for that food. If that doesn't work, I brush my teeth.

Magic Erasers for Tubs

Using a magic eraser to clean the tub takes a lot of the elbow work out of removing the residue. Magic Erasers are perfect for almost all household scrubbing, but I have found them particularly helpful when trying to get water spot, residue or rust stains removed from the tub/shower.

Commit to Walking During Breaks

I got started with exercising by committing to myself that I would take a 10 minute walk during my breaks twice a day. I decided that even if I was slow, it was better than doing nothing. I got faster and then I started adding stairs. I lost weight and was amazed at the progress from that one act.

Early Workout

I try to work out firstthing when I wake up. I eat a piece of fruit to keep my sugar up and then head to the gym. I read that this helps because you are burning more fat and not something that you ate earlier in the day

Extra Fiber Delicious!

Love the Fiber One Yoplait Yogurt. 4 oz. and 5 fibers! Delicious also. Sometimes I add a little granola for even more fiber. emoticon
