Make exercise opportunities happen.

Park further away from the stores, walk to the post office, but what about the lady's room? We're drinking more water so we're in there more often. First of all, take the long way, second, I do 5 - 10 squats( I call them potty squats) afterwards, and walk in place while washing up. Every little bit helps!!!

Drinking water

Someone said an ounce of water is an average swallow full, and they were right! Think of it this way, 8 ounces are only 8 swallows. It may make it easier for you to get that water down! emoticon

Drink Water

First thing in the morning I drink a glass of water. Then drink a glass before each meal. It helps me get my water in and it helps me 'fill up' quicker at meal times
