Track your foods the day before you plan on eating them. That way, you're not tempted to eat foods that aren't on the tracker. Part of it is being too lazy to change it once you've put it in.
I am addicted to sweets! Gotta gotta have them. I may be the last one to discover this but Skinny Cow is a brand of ice cream and most of their products are under 150 calories! Try 'em out. They have ice cream sandwiches, caramel ice cream cones, and other stuff. I eat them at least three times a week, and I don't feel guilty about it!
