We grill lots of meat about once a month... chicken breast, pork tenderloin, turkey or chicken sausage, etc. I freeze it all in single serving size portions. Makes packing lunch a breeze! Thaw out the night before, or cook something with it!
I came up with every excuse possible... working too much, traveling too much, etc. No more excuses! If I can plan my menu the night before and pack a cooler, I am good to go! I can also work out anywhere when traveling. Many of the Anytime Fitness locations offer a $10 a day pass! JUST DO IT!
