Use smaller plates. Fill up your new smaller plate. You will feel as if you are eating the same amount of food that you usually do and feel satisfied.
Start the day off by making a plan for the day. Write down everything you think you want to achieve that day, include exercise and when you have done each task tick it off. You will get a great feeling of sattisfaction when you see how much you got ticked off.
Join a like minded group of people. You will have lots in common with them and they will motivate you to stay on track.
