look for recipes on sparkpeople- most are already modified to be as healthy as they can make them, they already have the nutritional info, and its so easy to plop them into your nutritional tracker! I use them all the time!
The only time of day I have to exercise is bright and early first thing in the morning and I am by no means a morning person. I found that I'd wake up when my alarm went off but then lounge around in my comfy PJ's. So instead I've invested in some comfy work out clothes, I wear them to bed and then when my alarm goes off at the break of dawn all I have to do when I get out of my bed is put on my running shoes and get moving!
I love planting my own garden for a number of reasons! 1) It's great exercise, 2) it helps me stay connected to nature, 3) it's hard not to eat all the great food that comes out of it! This year I've branched into fruits as well - I have strawberry plants in my hanging baskets! YUM!
When things get boring and you are in a rut, change it up! I find it a welcome change to have breakfast for dinner, dinner for lunch, and lunch for breakfast. Switch it around and see what happens. It might make you think of some changes to your meals that you hadn't thought of previously.
I keep a glass of water by my bed at all times. I often wake up and I feel very thristy, so by keeping the glass by my bed its in quick reach....it also helps for waking up in the middle of the night I'm not fumbling around in the kicthen for a glass of water.
