I was surprised to find drinking more water in the morning and less at bedtime, seemed to make me feel fuller during the day, and I didn't have as many sleep interruptions to use the facilities!

Coffee in the afternoon

I find that drinking a cup of coffee about 1:30 - 2:00 in the afternoon keeps me from feeling so hungry. It's almost like a little snack. It gives me a boost of energy too, which I think keeps me from feeling like I want to eat.

Take an empty water bottle through security and fill it afterwards at a fountain. Tastes just as good and saves that money!
