I find that drinking a cup of coffee about 1:30 - 2:00 in the afternoon keeps me from feeling so hungry. It's almost like a little snack. It gives me a boost of energy too, which I think keeps me from feeling like I want to eat.
I have found that if I go to bed really really early between 7-8 p.m. (and sometimes I have to force myself) I can alternately get up really really early generally around 3-4 a.m. I have found that doing this set me up for success. Working fulltime, I have to get my workout in first thing in the morning or I might not get one in. When I get up earlier, I never miss my workout. Good luck!
