I love ice cream, and continue to eat it as part of my healthy diet, but the problem happens when I buy it and eat a whole bowl full! I buy cones now. They're fun, they're 20 calories, and they're a great way to stick to one scoop.
I'm not a morning person, so it's hard for me to pack a healthy lunch without being rushed. So, I take a few minutes before I go to bed to get my breakfast ready, pack my lunch, lay out my clothes for the next day, and say my prayers. It's amazing how much more smoothly the morning will go!
