Accepting Compliments for Good Self-Esteem~

Rather than negate an honest compliment by pointing out our own flaws, we need to graciously accept, and merely say "Thank You." As we make changes and get results, people will take notice, it's only human nature. It improves our self-esteem when we say "thanks" instead of "thanks, BUT"

Break it Down

Re-focus and break it all down into Mini-Goals. Small steps get to the goal just as well as big leaps. Just keep going- steady wins the race. NEVER give up!

One Mini-Goal at a Time

Any weight loss goal, small or large, can seem overwhelming, or even hopeless. I broke my wt. loss goal up into smaller mini-goals. Just focusing on that one smaller number, not the entire larger number. keeps it much more positive and manageable.

I realized when I made a typo this morning, that there truly is just one letter determining FAT or FIT~ and that is I. Taking responsibility with no excuses is my new motto.
