Hiking

If hiking trails are available in your area, give it a try. Maintaining your balance with a backpack (for me it's a Camelbak with water, snacks and camera) while traveling across uneven terrain is a great calorie! The views are great also.

DRINKING WATER

I find it hard to drink water but have no problem drowning in Pepsi every day. I now tell myself that I cannot have a Pepsi until I've had at least 6 glasses of water. On most days I've found that I sometimes don't even want the Pepsi at the end of teh day.
