These are the best brand of yogurt thus far. They are extra thick and creamy, full of protein and full of flavor. The pineapple flavor with the 2% can be used as a dessert for oneself and the regular is a perfect substitute for sour cream any day. It goes on sale often, so give it a try, you may be pleasantly surprised!!!

The way I keep myself exercising every night is I download a audio book onto my mp3 player and listen to the story. I get so involved in the story that I want to exercise and forget how long I have been exercising. In order to find out what happens next in the book I have to go and exercise.
