well i am doing really well with my run/walk routine a good way to keep up with yourself is to set goals or rather identify a landmark along the way for example i always tell myself you can't stop jogging until you reach that bench or that post or if i do stop i always set a mental goal like hey your gonna start running when you get to that bench. I also always set goals to pass the person in front of me so it makes me move faster!!! I am so proud of me i'll be running non-stop in no time!
