My Weekly Plans

I plan my meals for the week on a Sunday and put them into the system. I always make sure to spare 100 calories for my tea and leave around 200 spare in case I fancy dessert or a glass if wine with dinner etc. This way I ensure I eat proper food rather than garbage as it's all planned out and don't feel guilty if I have a chocolate biscuit with my tea. Another advantage is all the food I need is already in the house as I go grocery shopping also.
