Fresh Mushrooms

I have found fresh mushrooms will produce a full feeling. I often eat mushrooms and drink water BEFORE the main course. Just love them!! Very low cal, too!

ANYONE WHO LIKES PICKLES SHOULD LIKE PICKLED ASPARAGUS! Kept in the fridge, it makes a terrific snack for only 10 calories in three spears.

Save money by not exceeding safe storage dates. Skip the grocery store for a week or two. Make a list of everything you have on hand, post it next to your computer. Brainstorm meal ideas. Create menus and cross the items off your list as you use them.
