Buy cake mix instead of ready made cakes. You'll be less likely to want it if you have to actually make it first!!
I have a salad every day which always has AT LEAST my 5 portions of fruit/veg in it. If I don't manage to get it for lunch, I have it for dinner!

If, like me, you only live in a small place with little or no storage, you can take advantage of the space beneath the bottom drawers in your chest of drawers. Ok, it will only fit small things, but it's amazing how much you can fit under there!
